Luminous Filmz is based in Atlanta, GA and was inspired by the need for more real urban shows on television. The stories we tell shed light on real life experiences in the 21st century.
Seeking to eliminate racial and cultural stereotypes, Luminous Filmz provides a platform which provides respectful representation and goes against traditional storylines which paint subjects as one-dimensional. Identifying a need for more quality entertainment during the COVID-19 pandemic, the founder of Luminous Filmz realized that the current options are problematic and lacking in feel-good entertainment.
